it's just me, UCK. i was checking by to inform you guys that I'll be organising a Smashfest Bremen and i would like you guys to partake.
Sorry my french isnt good enough for an actual translation, I'll just give you the english version then.

The event will be called:

Melee Rules

- 4 Stocks, 8 Minuten Zeitlimit
- Items off, Handicap off, damage ratio 1.0
- Friendly Fire on, Pause on

- Sets are Best of 3, Finals Bo5, Grand Final Bo7

- First stage of a Set is choosen random unless the players agree on one
stage (Stage Agree)
- Advanced Slob Picks
- Daves Stupid Rule
- Double Blind Character Pick
- "Double Blind Stageban"
- Double Elimination
- Life Stealing is allowed
- Pamaros Stupid Rule (A player has 3 minutes for choosing his
counterpickstage otherwise the opponent can choose the next stage to be
played on)
- Stalling is banned (for example: Rising Pound Stall, Wallbomber, etc. NOT
Shino-stall)
- Wobbling is banned

If the timer runs out, the victor is determined first by stock and then by percentage.

Disagreement about controller ports or (team-)colors will be settled
through a game of rock-paper-scissors or by flipping a coin.
Color Blind rule: Should a player have a color-based disability, he or she
may request in a teams match to have a specific color for their team.

Food & Housing

Food:
The entryfee does not cover any food or beverage. You have to buy your own
stuff.
But because of the venue being very central the city is nearby, you can find everything you need there within 15 min.

Housing:
During the tournament you guys of course can sleep in the venue. Concerning
before and after the tournament there might be a bit of a problem since
there are only few smashers in the city of Bremen.
But we are working on that one and of course we will try to provide housing
for everybody in need.

Awesome, what was first a little joke made by Frenches at Smash Royal became an actual rule, applied in Germany. What did Pamaro say ? lol

Well, its not an official rule in germany. We talked about it a lot (not seeing it as little joke) but it hasnt been integrated to the standard german ruleset yet.
But i disagree with the german ruleset anyway, its the SBR recommended ruleset in german language, so i just made it into a rule for this tourny. Alongside with this i applied some other rules so you should read them carefully if you consider attending and do want to get surprised.

Pamaro actually said nothing special regarding this rule but there is some other thing he said i want to share with you. i asked him why it took so long choosing his counterpick. he replied he was thinking of what to eat after the match. lol
