About NeoKan Party 3

Bonjour fellow smashers! I am Trucker Hat, a spanish player from Madrid.

I just attended Heir 3 and had the chance to meet and talk with some of the french PM players.
They told me about NeoKan Party 3 and I was interested in playing them again.
I looked into it and talked to a few spanish Melee and PM players and they seemed interested in attending.

They were concerned about the overall low registration number on the smashgg site though.

If there's someone I should contact to get to know more about the tournament or the stay on Paris I'd like to know.
